However you decide to proceed with your purchase, the process will depend upon three main factors: 

1. Is the system that you want to purchase a "prescribed device"?
   If you wish to purchase a prescribed device such as the RT300 you will need to obtain a prescription from your physician.  RTI can send your physician an information pack to assist with this process.
2. Do you want RTI to seek insurance reimbursement for you?
   RTI can seek insurance coverage for you.  If you want us to do this, you will need a prescription and letter of medical necessity from your physician.  RTI can send an information pack to you to give to your physician or we will send it directly to your physician.
3. How do you want to fund your purchase?
