The availability of insurance coverage for Restorative Therapies' products will depend upon several factors, including your indications and your type of insurance.  We are proud of our improving success rate in obtaining insurance reimbursement for patients.

If you want us to do this, you will need a prescription and letter of medical necessity from your physician.  Restorative Therapies can send an information pack to you to give to your physician or we will send it directly to your physician.

While no guarantees can be provided, we will make best efforts to secure any insurance reimbursement to which you are entitled.
