InsuranceThe availability of insurance coverage for RTI's products will depend upon several factors, including your indications and your type of insurance.RTI can seek insurance reimbursement for you. If you want us to do this, you will need a prescription and letter of medical necessity from your physician. RTI can send an information pack to you to give to your physician or we will send it directly to your physician. While no guarantees can be provided, we will make best efforts to secure any insurance reimbursement to which you are entitled. This service is available at no additional cost to you. It is important that you follow the correct purchase process Note to Iowa residents: If you are currently enrolled in Iowa Medicaid, you may be eligible for funding from Iowa Medicaid. Instructions on how to apply are provided on the following website. You MUST apply as an Exception to Policy.
