  • Pulse rate - are you working in your cardiovascular training zone?

  • Power - how much power your muscles are delivering to the cycle

  • Stimulation level - how much electrical stimulation is being delivered

  • Expended Energy per Hour - how much energy you delivered into the cycle at an hourly rate

  • Peak Pulse - what your peak pulse was during the session

  • Average Pulse Rate - what your average pulse was during the session

  • Average Asymmetry - is one side of your body delivering more power than the other?

  • Average Stimulation - how much stimulation was required

  • Muscle tone measurements - how stiff were your muscles at the beginning and end of the session

    - Warm-up Average Speed Deviation

    - Warm-up Average Torque Deviation

    - Cool-down Average Speed Deviation

    - Cool-down Average Torque Deviation
